The university will observe a two-minute silence at 11am on Wednesday 11 Novemberto remember the deaths and sacrifices of those who served in the two world wars and in other conflicts since. This year staff and students are invited to join us for an online presentation.

ÔÂÎèÖ±²¥ is working with the Government's NHS Test and Trace by hosting on campus a pilot of a new type of test in the fight against Covid-19. We are now pleased to be able to offer all our students free regular tests on campus, to detect Covid-19 in people who are showing no symptoms.

HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) has alerted universities to a fresh wave of tax scams targeting students, so we want to make you aware of this and other potential cyber crimes. We recommend being particularly vigilant if you're contacted either by email or phone relating to tax refunds from HMRC.
