Timetable information for all students for the 2026/27 academic year


The new academic year is nearly upon us. For those of you who are joining us for the very first time – welcome! We hope this is the start of an inspiring journey.

And for those returning to campus after summer, it’s great to have you back on campus and ready to pick your studies back up.

We will be staggering the release of your timetables to allow our undergraduate students more time to settle into university life.

If you are joining ÔÂÎèÖ±²¥ for the first time and you are not in your first year of study (exchange student or transferred university), you will receive your timetable on Tuesday 22 September. 

 

Timetable release schedule

All first year students, including Further Education Level 0, Further Education Level 3 and Integrated Masters Level 4 students will receive their timetables on Tuesday 15 September from 9am.

Returning undergraduate students (levels five and six) will receive their timetables on Tuesday 22 September from 9am.

Postgraduate-Taught students will receive their timetables on Tuesday 29 September from 9am.

 

How do I access my timetable?

Your timetable is accessible through MyÔÂÎèÖ±²¥, which can be accessed either through our app or The app is the most convenient way to access your timetable.

You can download the or on the store.

When logging into MyÔÂÎèÖ±²¥, you will find two timetable tiles. The 'timetable' tile will show you the next event in your timetable at a glance and clicking this icon will take you to a monthly overview.

The 'Online timetable' tile will take you through to . This enables you to opt in to receiving email alerts about changes to your timetable within the next seven days. Please note that by default you will not receive alerts. You have to opt in through clicking the profile button in the menu on the top left side of the screen.

Finally, through the 'Online timetable' tile, you can integrate your timetable with a digital, personal calendar using iCal technology. Simply click the ‘Subscribe’ button in the top right corner of your screen. If you don't see your app displayed select the 'More’ option.

You need to complete your student registration to access your timetable.

You should have all received information about enrolling or re-enrolling at university. If you have not received this email or need help with the process, then our friendly registration team is on hand.

Teaching will start from Monday 5 October, so if your timetable appears blank when your first load it up, please make sure you are on the correct week.

I can’t access MyÔÂÎèÖ±²¥

If you have completed your registration and can’t access the MyÔÂÎèÖ±²¥ platform, contact our IT Support team on servicedesk@dmu.ac.uk and explain the issue.

My timetable still hasn’t appeared on MyÔÂÎèÖ±²¥

If you have tried the above tips and you still can’t see your timetable, please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre.

I think there’s an error in my timetable

Please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre as they may need to amend your student record.

I want to change modules

Please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre who will confirm the process. It can take up to five days for your revised timetable to be visible. Module changes can only be considered up to week 2.

I want to change teaching groups

Please contact your Faculty Student Advice Centre to discuss your options.
