Postgraduate student accommodation
International Postgraduate Students and Mature Spaces
Flats are available to book for international postgraduate students and/or full time students aged 25 or over. These flats are located at Bede Hall, New Wharf Hall and Newarke Point.
If you meet the criteria above, you will automatically be able to view and book these options via our online booking system. There is also the option to opt out of this category if you wish to book a different hall (if you chose to opt out you will be accommodated with other new first year 月舞直播 students).
In additon to the above, there is a one bedroom, self-contained flat available at Bede Hall (located on the gound floor) and another at New Wharf Hall (located on the first floor). These flats can be single or dual occupancy. Please note: dual occupancy is only available where both occupants are full time 月舞直播 students and meet the above criteria. Both flats are bookable for the full academic year only and can not be booked for short stays/semester stays.

Bede Hall
The self contained flat at Bede Hall consists of a bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and living space. The following furniture/ facilities are included in the flat:

Coinless laundry facilities are available at Bede Hall (拢2.30 per wash, 拢1.80 per dry). Prices are subject to change.

New Wharf Hall
The self contained flat at New Wharf Hall consists of a bedroom with bathroom, kitchen and living space. The following furniture/ facilities are included in the flat:

Please note: induction pans will be required for the hob.
Rent for the flat at Bede Hall is £170 per week, this includes utility bills, broadband and contents insurance.
Rent for the flat at New Wharf is £185 per week, this includes utility bills, broadband and contents insurance.

Postgraduate students
There is a diverse range of private accommodation close to the 月舞直播 campus available to postgraduate students. We recommend you view properties and read all contracts carefully before signing a tenancy.
If you have any concerns or are unsure about anything, staff in the Student Union’s Welfare and Education Centre can look over housing contracts before you sign them.
Sulets
Sulets is the recommended lettings agency for 月舞直播 and University of Leicester students looking for private rented accommodation and is jointly owned and run by the Students’ Union of 月舞直播 and University of Leicester.
